Activators network

Part of feeling valued means feeling informed. With this in mind, you will be helping your team members get the bigger picture about what’s happening at TenCate Protective Fabrics. As the company makes changes, rolls out new initiatives, or casts a new vision for the future, it’s important to make sure that everyone within our organization gets the same message. An activator’s job will include getting the word out about what’s going on and being available to answer questions for people who want to know more.  

Every month, this network will meet for about an hour to discuss any relevant announcements, initiatives, or moments happening at TCPF. Participants will take this information back to their local place of work and help spread the word to everyone at their location by engaging people in conversations – spending between 30-45 minutes a week in the break room or another centralized or virtual location. Participants will also equipped with materials that will help fill in the gaps about each topic or company announcement.  

You’ll have the chance to make a real impact here at TCPF. Additionally, you’ll be given the opportunity to learn skills around leadership, communication, collaboration. Meetings will not only inform you about what’s happening, but also how to serve as a leader in your location by presenting and discussing information with others. You’ll also have the chance to network with other TCPF employees around the globe!  

Applications will be selected on a few key factors. The first qualifier will be location, since we only need a few activators per office / manufacturing plant.  

Additionally, we are looking for people who want to develop the following capabilities:  

• A team player attitude 

• A desire to develop good communication skills 
• A desire to develop in their leadership skills  
• 6 months+ tenure with TCPF 
• Full-time employment  
• Good attendance
